Refunds won't apply if the provided usage instructions are not followed correctly.

We have no control over Discord server boost removals and cannot guarantee replacements in such cases.

We respect your privacy and do not store any of your personal information, including IP address, email, payment details, name, or address.

Your Discord or Telegram username and user ID are only kept if specifically mentioned and are solely used to ensure proper service handling.
